In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the instruction of data subjects (hereinafter the “GDPR”).

(hereinafter the “Controller”) hereby informs you, in accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR, about the processing of your personal data and about your rights.
Scope of Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed to the extent that the relevant data subject has provided it to the Controller in connection with the conclusion of a contractual or other legal relationship with the Controller, or to the extent that the Controller has obtained such data otherwise and processes it in accordance with applicable legal regulations or for the purpose of fulfilling the Controller’s statutory obligations.

Method of Processing and Protection of Personal Data
Personal data is processed by the Controller. Processing is carried out at the Controller’s premises, branches, and registered office by designated employees of the Controller or, where applicable, by a processor. Processing takes place using computer technology, or manually, in the case of personal data in paper form in compliance with all security principles applicable to the management and processing of personal data.
For this purpose, the Controller has adopted technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data, particularly measures preventing unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, their alteration, destruction or loss, unauthorized transfers, unauthorized processing, as well as other misuse of personal data. All entities to whom personal data may be made accessible respect the data subjects’ right to privacy and are obliged to comply with applicable legal regulations concerning the protection of personal data.
Period of Personal Data Processing
In accordance with the time limits set out in the relevant contracts, in the Controller’s filing and shredding rules, and in the applicable legal regulations, personal data is processed for the period strictly necessary to ensure the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship as well as from the relevant legal regulations.
Information Notice
The Controller processes personal data with the data subject’s consent, except in cases stipulated by law where the processing of personal data does not require the data subject’s consent.

Google (Google Ireland Limited)
This company has access to personal data such as your IP address, internet browser, screen resolution, and information on whether technologies such as Flash or Java are enabled. This data is transmitted via the Google AdWords advertising system, Google Analytics, and MailChimp.
Technical Infrastructure
Forpsi (web hosting provider) – This is the hosting platform where our files, databases, and emails are stored. All of these companies are required to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Conclusion
This website has been designed to require a minimum amount of personal data for its operation.
This Privacy Notice does not constitute a contract. It may be updated at any time; however, such updates shall not affect your rights.
The website uses the WordPress content management system and is updated without delay whenever a security update is released.
